I worked with TSW Assist to refine their brand purpose and reposition their platform as a credible, supportive resource for people experiencing topical steroid withdrawal (TSW). Through a focused discovery session, we clarified their mission to better reflect the lived experiences and knowledge within the TSW community.

This led to a rebrand designed to strengthen trust, improve clarity, and ultimately help the platform reach and support more sufferers and their carers during a complex, often isolating recovery process.
